Abstract
Divorce is the cause for many families’ breaku , which has provoked social changes
because of its widespread acceptance. However, this means of marriage dissolution
hasn’t ceased to be synonym of rupture, causing changes in the day-to-day life of
several elements of the family, namely the couple’s children, with harmful effects which
can be hardly restored. It urges therefore the adaptation of strategies able to promote
the “Good Divorce”, based on the decrease of the conflict between the partners, in the
parental co-responsibility and in the balance of the family relationships. The familiar

This work forms part of the area of study concerning Special Educational Needs,
particularly within the definition of adequate teaching resources measures to promote
school success for students suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
(ADHD) and Specific Learning Disability (SLD) with reading disorder.

This final report has been composed in the end stage of the Masters Degree in
Early Childhood and Primary Education and prepared within the curricular Unit of
Supervised Teaching Practice (PES) over 3 semesters.
On our initial approach, we were interested in analysing and characterizing our
current teaching methodologies developed and inherent to both levels of
education. During our planning and teaching practices, we took into consideration
the heterogeneity of the children to what concerns their ages, their different
learning rates and their school curriculum. Furthermore, because in our days it is
not possible to dissociate cultural diversity from teaching practices, on the second
part of this report we present an empiric study on this topic applied to the Early
Childhood Education.

The juvenile delinquency is an issue that deserves our particular attention, it is a social
problem which takes us back to the perpetration of actions which are regarded as
crime in the light of the penal code, by criminally inimputable individuals according to
their age, the youth under 16, as far as the legislation in Portugal is concerned at
present. The understanding of some fundamental factors which lead the youth to take
part in the world of crime and the presentation of propositions that, somehow, may
contribute to their decrease were at the core of this work.

A negligência familiar é a segunda forma mais frequente de maus-tratos a
crianças até aos 5 anos. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo centra-se na realização de uma
pesquisa inicial sobre as possíveis consequências desenvolvimentais que podem estar
associadas à exposição à negligência, nomeadamente em termos linguísticos e de
vinculação, em crianças de idade pré-escolar, que pudesse servir de base para a
construção de um projeto de investigação mais abrangente.

Os problemas de saúde mental representam uma elevada prevalência na
infância e na adolescência, podendo ser percursores de psicopatologia na vida adulta.
O reduzido nível de literacia em saúde mental, associado ao estigma e preconceito
contribuem para o agudizar das perturbações mentais, na medida em que impedem o
reconhecimento precoce das mesmas e influenciam o comportamento de procura de
ajuda. Esta é uma realidade deveras preocupante, tornado imperativo a promoção de
estratégias de saúde mental e prevenção das doenças mentais. O presente projeto

Este estudo procurou, por um lado, caracterizar as bibliotecas das Universidades públicas portuguesas em termos de recolha de dados estatísticos, seu tratamento e posterior utilização na gestão e tomada de decisão nessas bibliotecas. Por outro lado, procurou auscultar a satisfação do staff e a satisfação dos utilizadores dessas mesmas bibliotecas. Resumo
Em situações de maus-tratos infantis, a Lei portuguesa prevê, entre outras medidas de promoção e proteção, a institucionalização de crianças/jovens, de forma a afastá-las do perigo que vivenciavam. Sendo a autonomia uma tarefa desenvolvimental caraterística da adolescência, e tendo em conta que a maioria da população institucionalizada em Portugal é constituída por jovens, no presente projeto procuramos constatar de que forma as instituições de acolhimento promovem e desenvolvem as competências de autonomia nos jovens que se encontram acolhidos, no sentido de preparar a sua saída do sistema de acolhimento de forma sustentada e segura.

Nowadays, in Portugal, the gipsy individual’s social integration it´s still a hard process.
This ethnic group continues to suffer segregation in the access to habitation, work,
market and even to education. It´s in this context that the project works is developed,
with the purpose to investigate the gipsy children social integration at public school
problematic. This study intends to know better the reality in school of these children,
especially if they are socially integrated and the factor and indicator of this integration.
